Amir is an award-winning Director and Producer with a wide range of experience in film-making. He has produced documentaries, features, short films, web-series and music videos. Some of Amir's movies are streaming on Amazon and some of his work was released on PBS and MTV.

Besides working on his projects, Amir has collaborated with a few award-winning Bay Area directors and producers as a Director of Photography and an Editor.

With a passion for film-making since he was a teenager experimenting with his father's video camera, Amir is now an immigrant living in the United States telling stories that are meaningful and consequential. Most of his movies transcend cultures and shed a light on folks living on the periphery of society. He doesn't shy away from subjects considered taboo or even risqué.
